In recent years, the National Golf Foundation in America reported that the number of residential golf communities had risen 72 percent during the past decade to 2,386 and the number of developments that combine a residential community with a resort hotel had more than doubled to 273. That explosion in golf-related developments established a record of $75 billion in new golf properties, according to Golf Digest magazine.
Although about 90 percent of subscribers are real estate brokers and agents, Crowley said that “OnCourse Living also reaches influential editors and journalists—both print and electronic—who are then able to keep their readers apprised.
